Hi, I’m Yokaira—a New York–based licensed and certified esthetician specializing in advanced body contouring and post-operative care. As a home-based studio, I provide a private, comfortable, and personalized experience where my clients can feel relaxed and fully supported throughout their journey.

I’m passionate about helping you achieve your desired results while building confidence in your own skin. With expertise in body contouring, Madero therapy, and post-op recovery, each treatment is customized to your unique body and goals to ensure safe, effective, and long-lasting results.

Cancellation / Return Policy

Deposits

• A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• Deposits are applied toward your total on the day of service.

• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

• Cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• If you reschedule and do not show up to the rescheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

• No-shows may require full payment to rebook future appointments.

Packages

• If you purchase a package and cancel or reschedule an appointment and do not show up to the new appointment date, that session will be forfeited and deducted from your package.

• Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Late Policy

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

• Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

• Services will not be extended due to late arrival.

Payments & Refunds

• Remaining balances are due at the time of service.

• All services, deposits, and packages are non-refundable.
