Welcome to Figures by Yoki! Hello! My name is Yokaira, I am a homebased licensed and certified esthetician in New York, specializing in advanced body contouring services. With a passion for helping clients achieve their body goals, I've transformed numerous lives through my expert treatments. My extensive experience in body contouring, ice sculpting, and post-op care ensures that each client receives personalized, effective care tailored to their unique needs. Cancellation / Return Policy

Booking: Please book online or by phone, ideally two weeks in advance.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit can be used to reschedule up to two times.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive later than this, rescheduling may be necessary and could incur a fee.
Payment: Full payment is required at the end of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.
Refunds/Exchanges: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
