Cancellation / Return Policy

Figures by Yoki — Booking Policy

Deposits

• A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• Deposits are applied toward your total on the day of service.

• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

• Cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• If you reschedule and do not show up to the rescheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

• No-shows may require full payment to rebook future appointments.

Packages

• If you purchase a package and cancel or reschedule an appointment and do not show up to the new appointment date, that session will be forfeited and deducted from your package.

• Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Late Policy

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

• Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

• Services will not be extended due to late arrival.

Payments & Refunds

• Remaining balances are due at the time of service.

• All services, deposits, and packages are non-refundable.
